Flamingo Girl. You’re an awful person. You have a horrid taste in games. The Sims I can let slide, and even animal crossing, just to save you some face, but Hell’s Kitchen for god’s sake?

Not only did you manage to blatantly prove that you do not deserve you be a gamer, you even stated that you couldn’t play any decent games! It’s bad enough playing bad games, but not playing good games? What’s wrong with you?

My husband was thrilled beyond words when we got our wii just before christmas and he discovered he could download all the classic games he’d loved as a kid.

I had never played a video or computer game before my marriage five years ago. I hesitantly stepped into the gamer world to please my hubby and show an interest in his world (he’s an IT guy & computers are his life). I fell in love with computer games like the Sims, Everquest & Guild Wars but just couldn’t get into video games. I’m just not coordinated enough to handle those remotes!

Then we got our WII and I fell in love. There are actually games I can handle playing. Now I’M addicted to Animal Crossing, Sims Castaway, Hell’s Kitchen and Harvest moon. Plus you can use the wii to browse the internet, check email, post to blogs!! I’m in love :) I do leave the more complicated, battle oriented games to my hubby though. I’m still no good at the Star Wars games or Zelda, twilight princess. Maybe someday though!

Ok I just have to say that I personally do not have a Wii but my very good friend does and when we discovered the old school Nintendo games I could hardly contain my excitement. Each title we read it was like “OMG I cant believe they have THIS game tooo!!!”

Needless to say many dollars were spent along with many hours. Three words: SUPER MARIO THREE. :)
